He currently has his own law firm specializing in real estate transactions.   As a broker associate at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, BRC Advisors, Stephen serves his clients by combining his ability to view real estate transactions from a very detail oriented, technical, and institutional perspective with practical and efficient solutions.  Stephen’s clients include individuals, small businesses, and large institutions. He is capable of serving clients across residential, commercial and investment real estate markets, and has worked on the closing of real estate transactions across all product types (office, retail, industrial, multifamily and residential) ranging from $300,000 to over $150,000,000.

Stephen’s extensive background in the areas identified below allows him to assist clients in a manner that few other real estate agents can.  Born in New York City, he received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2006 where he served as an editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and is a magna cum laude graduate of State University of New York at Stony Brook.  He is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and Arizona and is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker.  He currently serves on the board of directors for the Asian American Real Estate Association of America Los Angeles, Greater Los Angeles Chapter and is affiliated with many other professional organizations such as NAIOP, ULI and various bar associations.
