Rosemarie’s practice focuses on all aspects of joint ownership of property, and on land use issues involved in subdividing property and the creation of new condominiums. Rosemarie has prepared hundreds of tenancy and common agreements, condominium CC&Rs, and related amendments for 2-4 unit buildings, and advised developers, buyers, sellers and Realtors on all aspects of small-building transactions. Rosemarie also advises on the operation, enforcement and dispute resolution procedures in small homeowner associations.
Rosemarie is an Executive Committee member of the San Francisco Bar Association Real Property Section, and has presented continuing legal education seminars regarding co-ownership issues for the California State Bar and the San Francisco Bar Association. Rosemarie frequently provides educational workshops to real estate agents.
Rosemarie obtained her law degree from University College Dublin, Ireland, and her Master’s Degree from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts.
