Since joining NHS in 2012, he has been involved with acquisition and disposition, manages municipal contracts; specializing in down payment assistance and home rehabilitation loans/grants, and loan origination. Serving the community has always been a priority and has led him to serve on various committees for local Real Estate Boards and Associations. He helped form the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals LA/South Bay Chapter (NAHREP), and served as a Board of Directors for the Valley Economic Alliance (VEA).
